Select the water temperature in precise steps in °C with a simple touch, set the cooking time, and add the bag to the water. The electronic control maintains the water temperature precisely and guarantees consistent perfect results. This means that each cooking point can be adjusted accurately, and the perfect steak can easily be prepared - without having to monitor the time. Once the target temperature is reached, food cannot be overcooked in the precisely tempered water bath, so a duck breast, for example, can be kept at the right temperature for several hours without any loss of taste or quality.

A brief "grilling" of the steaks from the sous-vide cooker adds extra grilling aromas and gives you a special taste experience. However, fish, pork, or vegetables can also be perfectly cooked sous-vide. Try classic cooked asparagus versus sous-vide asparagus - you’ll taste the difference!
