Capture amazing outdoor moments with the camera trap Num'axes, featuring a dual image sensor and Wi-Fi functionality for remote use.
The Wi-Fi function allows you to remotely and with the free app:
to view, download, or delete stored photos and videos
to take photos or videos
to adjust the product settings
to check the remaining battery level and memory capacity
Name of the free app: WILDLIFE CAM (available on Android and iOS)
The device creates its own Wi-Fi network, no need to be near a router.
The Wi-Fi function is activated via Bluetooth from a smartphone.
Built-in rechargeable lithium battery:
3.7 V - 4400 mAh
The battery can be recharged using the solar panel or the supplied USB cable.
3 PIR sensors (motion and heat detectors):
1 central PIR sensor + 2 side PIR sensors
Detection angle: 120° total | Central PIR sensor: 60° | Side PIR sensors: 30° each
Detection range: about 20 m
Adjustable detection sensitivity: High | Medium | Low
Side PIR sensors can be disabled.
Infrared flash:
2 high-intensity invisible infrared LEDs | Wavelengths: 950 nm
Flash range: about 20 m
Automatic activation of the infrared flash based on brightness
Adjustable infrared flash power: Auto | Medium | Low | OFF
Ultra-fast trigger speed: about 0.3 seconds
Capture modes:
Photo: from 1 to 10 photos per trigger
Video: programmable duration from 5 seconds to 3 minutes | Programmable audio recording in videos (ON|OFF)
Photo + Video: one photo then a video are taken with each trigger
Image sensors:
daytime sensor: 13 MP High Resolution colour CMOS
night sensor: 2 MP
Photo resolution:
daytime lens: up to 60 MP
night lens: up to 4 MP
Programmable shutter speed: 1/15 | 1/20 | 1/30
Photo file format: JPEG
Video resolution:
Daytime lens: up to 4K
Night lens: up to FULL HD
Programmable video duration from 5 seconds to 3 minutes
Automatic video length extension function: if the user sets the video duration to 20 seconds and the automatic video length extension function is activated, the camera will record beyond the programmed 20 seconds as long as the PIR sensors continue to detect something in front of the camera (maximum duration 3 minutes).
Programmable audio recording in videos (ON | OFF)
Video file format: MPEG-4
PIR detection mode: the device takes photos and/or videos when the PIR sensors (motion/heat detectors) detect activity in the area they cover.
Time Lapse mode: photos and/or videos are taken automatically at regular time intervals. In this mode, the PIR sensors are disabled (there's no motion/heat detection). If the user sets the Time Lapse for 30 minutes, the device will automatically take a photo or video every 30 minutes.
Programmable operating periods: the device can operate 24/7 or only during one or two user-programmed time slots.
Timestamp on photos: date and time of the photo taken, ambient temperature, lunar phase, energy level, camera name
Memory: up to 256 GB SD card, minimum U1 class 10 (not supplied). You can purchase micro SD cards with adapters at any time on this website.
Night capture at low energy level: 2 possible settings
No infrared flash: at night, if the energy level is too low, the device will take photos/videos without triggering the flash.
No capture: at night, if the energy level is too low, the device will stop taking photos or videos. It will only take them during the day.
Programmable device name: very useful for users with multiple devices as it allows you to know which device (and therefore where) a photo was taken.
Programmable password
Loop recording on the memory card: if this setting is set to ON, when the memory card is full, the device continues to record photos/videos by deleting the oldest files.
