Snurk Comforter cover and pillowcase Crane Birds

The largest teaching hospital inAmsterdam, UMC, asked SNURK to redesign their bedding. This resulted in this beautiful and colorful origami print of the crane bird. What makes it even more interesting is the fact that the paper birds you see were folded by the hospital staff. They folded over 1,000 of them because according to Japanese tradition, it means prosperity and health. Fortunately, you won't have to be hospitalized to sleep in this wonderful bedding because the print is also part of the collection SNURK.

What's more, 1 from every piece of the collection sold will be donated to the Cancer Center Foundation Amsterdam where they are dedicated to finding new drugs and treatments to fight cancer.
