Silikomart Glucose syrup

GLUCOSE SYRUP. Purified, concentrated aqueous solution of mono- and polysaccharides. How to use: Suitable for replacing or adding to sugar in the preparation of baked desserts, jelly, sugar paste, plastic chocolate, icings, ice cream and mousse. Unlike sugar, it does not crystallize, giving greater elasticity to divers types of dough as well as lowering sweetener potency. Once opened, the product is kept tightly closed until the expiry date.
