Cast iron casserole with high thermal conductivity and consistent heat all around. This makes stews, soups, vegetables, meats, or bread a real delight. The lid is slightly concave so that condensation inside can flow to the edge and nothing drips into the dish when you lift the lid. A steam vent on the lid prevents unpleasant noises or overflow. Particularly practical: the lid can also be used as a pan or serving plate and, thanks to its feet on top, it is slightly elevated and perfectly secure.
