How does it work exactly?

In the hot air fryer, food is cooked using a hot and even air flow. This allows you to create crispy and low-calorie dishes with very little or no oil. The Steba HF 8000 FAMILY hot air fryer quickly reaches its operating temperature and therefore consumes little energy. The temperature can be regulated from 80 °C to 200 °C.
