Ready to use right away and without a long preheating time, steaks, fish, and other grilled foods are cooked in the large cooking chamber at a devilishly hot temperature of 850°C. The intense heat caramelises the sugar on the surface immediately, giving the grilled foods a crispy crust with grilled aromas in just a few minutes, while the inside stays juicy and tender. Here, every steak is simply a delight!

For those who don’t like it too hot, the temperature control from 400°C to 850°C also allows for a "diabolo lite" version. This is also suitable for gratinating, for example.

With 2,600 watts, the electric steak grill has plenty of power, and all the important parameters like temperature and time can be easily read on the panel. With its extensive stainless steel accessories, the steak grill is perfectly equipped and ready for any type of use. It also features an electronic internal temperature probe that allows for monitoring of the core temperature.

Thanks to an integrated cooling system, the housing remains "cool-touch", complying with the latest GS standards, so that the temperature stays where it belongs - inside the PS E2600.
