Factory Entertainment Replica The Goonies : Copper Bones Skeleton Key Prop

''Triple stones... It must be copper bones!'' Factory Entertainment has recently brought back its own treasure hunt for One-Eyed Willy and unearthed something that was supposed to be lost forever - the actual prop piece used on-screen of the copper skeleton key, as featured in the cult film from 1985, The Goonies. Working with the permission of ner Bros. and Amblin, Factory Entertainment was able to locate the actual prop piece used on-screen, which had been kept in the private collection of a prominent director. The FE team gained access to this piece and was able to capture all the fine details that had only been seen by the few lucky enough to handle the piece since the end of the film over 35 years ago. Using this now available reference, our team set to work on reproducing the piece by creating a digital model, followed by a 3D printed prototype. The prototype was then used to create a mould model, ensuring that everything present on the original piece would remain intact on the replica. For the first time, a truly accurate replica of the copper skeleton key is now available for order at Factory Entertainment. This limited prop replica, 6 inches long, hand-painted and aged, is cast in metal, features a leather strap, and is packaged in a collectible gift box.
